I adored the warm, inviting decor and spacious layout, making it easy to navigate, particularly for seniors like myself. The proximity to Clifton Hill was a delightful perk, allowing us to enjoy the vibrant area without hassle.
Larger, more comfortable chairs would enhance relaxation.

Great proximity to attractions like Cliffton Hill!
The beds were overly firm, which made it hard to sleep well.

Loved the falls view!
We had a nice stay! The room had a great falls view, and my daughter loved the lights at night. It was packed with towels and pillows. A little fridge. One thing though, the bed was super squeaky, and they only used flat sheets, which was weird. Overall, everything else was a win!

the ambience was lovely and the staff was super friendly at the front desk. we had a comfy stay in the deluxe family suite with a nice view from the 9th floor. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the falls and nearby attractions. plus, the room had plenty of space for our family and a fridge to keep drinks cold. loved the atmosphere, especially at night!
only bummer was that the room a/c was noisy and rattled a bit while we were trying to sleep.

Our recent stay was a delight, especially enjoying the clean, spacious room with comfy beds and a great view from the 9th floor. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect spots for relaxation after a busy day. The only downside was the occasional wait for the elevators, but it didn't dampen our fun! 😊

The Junior Suite offered ample space for our family, allowing us to stretch out comfortably. Additionally, the location provided quick access to local attractions, which made it easy to swing by for bathroom breaks or snacks between outings.
Currently, renovations leave much to be desired, the front entrance is off-limits, requiring us to haul our luggage through a dark back door with no cover. Wi-Fi connectivity was subpar, which can be a hassle if you rely on it for planning your daily adventures.
